Carol Mackel, RYT, has been a yoga practitioner for more than 10 years. She received her yoga teaching certification through Jeanie Mackenzie at the Davenport School of Yoga. It was during her teacher training that she came into contact with Yin Yoga and has been an avid follower ever since.
