According to Ayurveda, we all are influenced by the seasons. Some more than others depending on your Doshic constitution. So as we continue in Vata season, you may be experiencing some of the following signs or symptoms:

  • nervousness, anxiety, panic, fear
  • twitches, tics, tremors, spasms
  • dry or chapped skin
  • constipation, gas, bloating, dry, hard stools
  • low body weight
  • dislike of cold and wind
  • difficulty tolerating loud noises
  • light, interrupted sleep
  • spacey, scattered feeling
  • excess thinking or worrying

One of the ways we can find some relief from the above symptoms is by finding ways to reverse the imbalances and bring our Vata back into balance.
