Shannon often incorporates her background of dance into her yoga sequencing during her Vinyasa-based classes. The intermingling of the balance, strength and flexibility that flowing through a routine requires really resonateswith her. She works hard to provide an all-level sequence that enables both new students and seasoned practitioners to find their edge by giving many modifications and enhancements to the sequence. Most of the time you will find Shannon teaching Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Aerial and Yin as well as Workshops and Instructor Training.
Shannon attends training and classes whenever she travels to continue her path as a student. She is certified in Aerial Yoga, Yin Yoga, Children’s Yoga and Prenatal Yoga as well as her E-RYT 500 status with Yoga Alliance. Shannon is also a Reiki Master and is trained in Thai Bodyworks. She enjoys teaching students of all levels and loves creating a space of safety and comfort for every BODY.
