Jenni is a massage therapist that began practicing yoga in 2012. Her knowledge of muscles and body mechanics made yoga a perfect fit for her. In 2017 she took her love of yoga to the next level and became a certified yoga teacher through Jeani at the Davenport School of yoga. Having always been a runner, she found yoga to be a wonderful low impact counterpart to the stresses of running long distances. She is an avid teacher and proponent of both Gentle Yoga and Yin Yoga, which focuses on slowing down poses and relaxing the mind. She finds that not only is Yin Yoga an amazing alternative to Hatha Yoga, but that the longer held poses can help in the proficiency of Hatha Yoga.
Jenni hopes to share her love of Gentle and Yin Yoga and help students find peace and relaxation. As a mother of three, she knows how important it is to find time to calm the mind, body, and soul.
