Anna found yoga while taking Jeani Mackenzie’s Into to Yoga class in 2009. Never a big fan of athletics, and suffering with chronic lower back pain, yoga brought her greater flexibility, strength and body awareness. Realizing that if she can do yoga any one can; Anna became a Certified Yoga Teacher through the Davenport School of Yoga in 2011.
Anna hopes to help others seeking to learn to center, calm-down, focus and breathe while gaining strength and flexibility. She offers classes for people of all abilities and body types. She truly believes that yoga is for everyone, and that we all deserve to spend time on our mats exploring who we are and what we need.
