Vinyasa Flow _Register Here_
This class is a mix of Vinyasa (moving) poses and Hatha (held/stationary) poses. It brings together the best of both worlds. Sometimes, themed by the students that are in the class, for example, if shoulders and hip openers are requested we do a series of flowing from one posture to the next that will work the needed areas. If there is no request we will flow from usually standing postures done both sides, like a vinyasa, then gradually working our way down to the floor to finish the class.
