All Levels Classes Register Here
All Levels Hatha yoga class is open to levels one, two and three. We will follow a traditional Hatha practice, starting with a basic pose and adding modifications and variations to the asana’s as desired. Giving space to explore your practice. Our focus will be on furthering flexibility, body awareness, strength, breath work, and peace of mind. Beginners are welcome to drop in to see just what yoga is all about.
