Kathy started her career as a massage therapist in 2006 and has been passionate about health and wellness since. She has always been active and discovered yoga in 2015. The focus, breath work, meditation, and movement entranced Kathy and she was hooked instantly. Kathy decided to take her training to the next level in 2022 and enrolled in yoga teacher training at the Davenport School of Yoga. She now looks forward to sharing her knowledge and love of Vinyasa and gentle flow.
