I have been practicing yoga since 1974, teaching since 1979. Practiced with BKS Iyengar in India in l977.
For over 27 years , DSY has lovingly served the eclectic community of the Quad Cities. I began doing teacher training in 2003. I was a presenter at the Iowa City Yoga Festival and the Radish Yoga Fest. I teach workshops regularly on the west coast of Australia. Many of the teachers presently teaching in the QCA have been certified by me. My mission is to inspire people to practice and heal as individuals in all areas -mind, body, spirit, and want you to embrace a responsibility to include the diversity of students. We are ‘body positive’.
