Susan has been practicing yoga regularly for over 20 years. She earned her 200 hour, teacher training certificate from the Davenport School of Yoga. Susan also studied figure skating for many years, with an emphasis on ice dancing. Through this athletic training, Susan developed an appreciation for the benefits that improved movement, flexibility and body awareness have on balance, strength and overall health and wellness. Susan believes that the regular practice of yoga and meditation is the key to successfully managing stress, anxiety and physical issues as they arise. It is Susan’s desire to introduce people to the benefits of regular yoga practice and to provide a supportive environment for the development of a personal practice. She wishes to support students at all levels of experience so that they may continue to pursue their goals of personal health and wellness.
