Penny has a background in healthcare as a practicing Chiropractor. I
took a particular interest in the effects of stress, anxiety and chronic
issues and found that Mindfulness Meditation was a helpful skill to finding
a way to a happier and healthier life. She has been a meditator for 20 years
and teaching for the past 10 years, training with BreathWorks UK and MBSR
training with Brown University.
