Jim began attending classes when he was 60 years old in 2012. Jim was struggling & navigating his way through the stress of a divorce. Initially, Jim first noticed his posture improved as he was standing up straighter. He continued attending classes consistently every week led by the Founder, Jeani Mackenzie & other instructors. Jeani was very encouraging, supportive & said life would get better by attending classes. She was right. He continued to see physical benefits as his flexibility, balance & strength improved. His breathe & focus improved as well. He believes you’re supposed to enjoy yoga & do what your body allows that day. Jim completed his 200 hour teacher training under Jeani’s leadership in the Summer, 2022. Yoga is for Every Body. Yoga can be done throughout your life as we are always learning & improving. It’s all about being patient with yourself, feeling what you’re doing, breathing & having fun. It’s also great to be around friendly & like-minded people.
