Amanda Ford

Amanda began practicing yoga in 2007 and fell in love with it.  She completed her 200 hour certification with Jeani Mackenzie in 2012 and has been teaching hatha yoga since then.  She also completed an 85 hour prenatal yoga certification in 2017 with Roberta Kelinson.  She took prenatal yoga classes during pregnancy and sought to teach it because it helped her tremendously during her second pregnancy and it also combined her two passions in life, yoga and babies!
