5-7 Year Old Kids Yoga Winter Camp
Join us at the Bettendorf School of Yoga for our kids (5-7) Winter Break Yoga Camp!
Camp will run January 3rd &4th from 10:00am-12:00pm. Light snack will be provided around 11:00am.
In our 2 day camp we will practice mat yoga and aerial yoga together. We will also work on breathing and mindfulness techniques each day. On our second day we will have a special sensory/interactive art project for your kiddos to try!
Yoga allows our children a chance to physically express themselves and build strength, balance, and body awareness. It offers them the opportunity to learn self regulation and soothing skills through deep breathing practices and mindfulness techniques. Yoga has also been shown to help boost childrens self esteem and confidence!
