****Come Join The Bettendorf School of Yoga on December 27th for a 2 hour Kids Winter Workshop!!
***We will meet from 10:00am-12:00pm.*
**In our workshop will will explore mat and aerial yoga (yoga up in the aerial slings, always a class favorite!), in addition to a fun winter inspired mindfulness activity!
*We will provide a healthy snack and water.*
