Yoga for Alignment and Posture:
The body learns posture consciously and unconsciously: It develops over time and is shaped by physical and emotional circumstances.
In this all-levels class, the intention of each pose is to improve posture. Instruction focuses on cultivating mindful alignment, training students to become aware of where the body is (vs. where it thinks it is), and supporting postural well-being.
