Meditation Class for Stress, Anxiety and Chronic Issues

In an increasingly stressful world, it’s important to build up strengths and resources inside ourselves so we can stay joyful, peaceful, and loving, no matter what life throws our way. Join my Meditation for Well-Being classes to grow your own practice, each week there will be guided practices of 45 minutes with a focus on embodied mindfulness meditations Embodied Mindfulness brings us to our own body and the present moment. Dropping down and into our senses takes us gently our of discursive thinking, worry, fear and anxiety and into a restful knowing awareness. I will teach you how to meditate, why we would want to meditate and guide practices each week.  This class is for beginners as well as advanced meditators who are looking for a regular practice in a community.
