All Level/Intermediate Aerial Yoga ___Reserve a Sling___
This Aerial class requests that you've completed at least 2 Beginner/All-level classes and have mastered the "aerial straddle seat" pose. A base knowledge of introductory poses (wrist wrap, single leg hook, etc) will help you feel at home in this class. If you're new to Aerial, please check out our Beginner/All-Levels Aerial classes first.
In this class, we encourage you to work your own level as we move towards mastering more challenging skills and tricks.
This fast-paced, challenging class will have you upside down and all-around as you continue to work strength and flexibility.
