This all-level flow class is designed to unite breath and movement.  Beginners to Advanced practitioners are welcome in this class, as we will provide modifications for everyone.

Class is set to music.  Music will vary from pop to relaxing.

Class will often conclude with restorative poses before our relaxation period.
